The future has already begun.
Four days. And every Warrior will return to your life, your routine, your country. First, however, there is still much work to do here. And one of them is thinking about the future of what was done and lived during these past 29 days.
Jan. 31. Night. Three communities connected not only by transformation. Tonight they are all looking at the same place: for the future. Together. At the same time. Each with their dreams. Telling stories, sharing ideas and above all, think of “Once. ” After all, the Warriors only sparked a flame, and it is up to each of the residents to keep it lit. And inspiring the neighbors on the right, left, from the top … And so the plans were being drawn. Warriors, residents, children all together thinking about what can be done from now to continue the process of improving the community and the lives of these people.
And how? Various techniques are very interesting. Two of them were used by the Warriors during the Meeting of the Future. Beginning with the World Café, residents answered two important questions to find out where we left and where we want to walk. The World Café is legal because it is fast and gives everyone the opportunity to speak. And you know another cool thing? You know when the first round and you said something at harvest time you can not remember more? World Café with his troubles are over, why all the people of mini-groups will be saying will be noted on the card stock and then presented to all participants.
In the next step, the residents made an Open Space to discuss the next dream that they want to see carried out within their communities. And not just talk. It was necessary to establish strategies, dates, key people to think about these things.. This important moment. Hugs, kisses and vows to visit. And the bus departed back to CEFAS. In this last contact during the Warriors Without Weapons, with communities, not lack love. How not missed during the entire time that these boys and girls were there.
