It’s not magic. Much less the best kept secret. It is actually simple. Very simple. When we cease to play against the other and begins to play WITH each other, all victorious. Everyone leaves champions. We return to competition for Cooperation and everything on our side also transforms.
Today was the day of understanding to cooperate. Our dear Rodolpho Martinez, popular Dodo, Project Cooperation, gave the warriors an unforgettable gift: a whole day playing cooperatively. Rounds of conversation, experiences, inspiring pills. After the Hands on, warriors exchange hoes and shovels for chairs. And rolled up a parachute. Everything, absolutely everything, so that these young entrepreneurs to realize just how transformative cooperation. As they say, if the matter is to compete, it is essential to cooperate.
